War on d**** has been openly called a failure and has done far more harm than good, but bootlickers who think I'm saying you should be able to openly shoot up heroine outside of target, will say this thread is idiotic.

all of the hardcore d**** should be legal but we should have designated areas where they can buy and use whatever they want. keep them separated from the rest of society
set up like a large warehouse or something where people can go and buy/use crack, heroin, meth, flakka, whatever. they can't leave until they're done tripping and they can't take any substance out of the warehouse
