OMG, THAT SUCKS, IMAGINE BEING AT YOUR PEAK FOR A FEW YEARS BUT CANT CONTINUE PEAKING BECAUSE OF ROIDS.

I WOULD CRY EVERY NIGHT ESPECIALLY KNOWING THAT I CAN ACHIEVE IT NATURALLY.

BECAUSE YOU REALIZE HOW EASY THE LONG RUN IS WHEN THE OPPURTUNITY IS LOST DUE TO SHORTCUTS.

Harsher standards for male looks as a result of dating apps. Women’s tastes in men haven’t softened in spite of all of the rhetoric about body positivity and toxic masculinity

Seems like in the early 2000s it was still hush hush and mostly exclusive to hardcore lifting circles

Now it seems like every 18-21 year old is reading deeply into cycling methods and using steroids not even for lifting or bodybuilding competition but casual goals

Does anyone else observe this or agree? What is this systemic of ?

Looks now more than ever can be turned into tangible monetary and social value so reaching that goal by any means necessary (photoshop, surgeries and steroids) will only be more and more accepted as time moves on.

Don't hate the player hate the game type s***.

Wanna get jacked and super handsome fast? Go to the gym 5-6 days a week for 3-6 months. Drink a gallon of water daily, eat good food, and sleep. Foolproof.

you dont even gotta 5-6 days

I go 3-4 days a week and im looking lean with good definition

Eat, sleep, progressive overload, and be consistent thats all you gotta do

  • Feb 1, 2023

it's not as accepted as you think.

in the bodybuilding world it's still looked down upon as a form of doping as it should be imo.

My friend used to take them a few years back and he wants to get back on them again

    Hell nah

You can even go to 2-3 times a week if you have a busy schedule

People doing constant body modification for notoriety and attention reinforces the idea that it’s needed to be popular, which in turn makes more people want to turn to it.

This is a public health concern.

I feel like people like Joe Rogan and Jeff Seid (for the aesthetic crowd) contributed a lot in regards to normalizing it

That mofo Seid has been using since he was 14 and probably influenced a lot of fitness influencers who popular on tik tok rn and open about steroids from a young age

How can you blame Joe rogan when entire industries have been using steroids for years, for example the baseball scandal, Arnold Swartznegger and the entire bodybuilding community have been open about using roids, and don't forget about Lance Armstrong coming out about his PED use. So really all these scandals are telling America that steroids are okay, and you actually need them to get ahead. And people like Joe Rogan are just a product of that, not that cause

Also can't forget about professional wrestling which so many of us grew up with, where everyone was on an insane amount of steroids

Feel like there’s been a steroid problem since the 80s when Arnold broke out into movies and the “big bulky buff body” came into mainstream for movies. social media just lets you see s*** more

Yeah but their girls would like them a lot more if they looked athletic and virile. There’s a difference between just having a girlfriend and being with someone who finds you irresistibly sexy
