That is only true if they are unaware of it.If a person rejects Islam after knowing Islam and fully understanding its truth he will be asked about it by God. Otherwise he will be judged according to his own religion or his understanding of right and wrong.
In the internet age everyone has access to the teachings of Islam so your statement is 🍅

This is facts to an extent. If they’re Jewish/Christian, weren’t exposed to Islam, and did good deeds they have a chance at getting into Heaven but I’m not sure about the specifics.

ASAKIYou don't get to decide whether or not you align with everything in the Qu'ran. The holy book explicitly says, as a Muslim, you must follow Allah and his Messenger, and in doing so submitting to his message.
