There are social cues that they make to signal that they want you to approach them. Typically they’ll just make themselves very available to you and stay attentive. Lots of eye contact and smiles. It’s really not in their nature to approach men first, but some of these GI Joe b****es out here will actually aggressively approach you and outright let you know they’re interested
