Ah okay, gotcha. Misread that, my apologies
I think despite sharing a producer, they sound dissimilar structure and theme wise, but that’s to each their own. Depends if you like the songs or not, I guess. I like LNCL but not God’s Plan, so them sounding different is good to me
My confusion is in the conclusion: so what if they sound similar? Twitter uses this as “proof” that he’s become stagnated, despite these songs being 2 years apart and he’s dropped something like War in the meantime. Do you have a similar view?
I sort of see a mix between trophies and gods plan w this song
And I dont really think he's stagnant per se, maybe uninspired but I think he has formulas for songs like every other artist, and there's nothing wrong with that I just think his execution and quality has dropped a lil
Like with drill when he experiments he gets kill for it so I dont really know what people want him to do instead, i made this thread before about it

I really do hate that Passionfruit reminds me of 5am In Toronto ugh Drake is so UNINSPIRED!
Sarcasm not your thing huh
My dudes named pinhead for a reason
Personally never heard this criticism for Cole and definitely not for Ross
The rest are too new to even begin to consider escaping their comfort zone, I guess
Last new acts we had actively doing so are unfortunately dead. RIP Pop and X and Peep
Really ? Every cole thread I go into I see the same "is this the same sleepy song over again" or a derivative of that. And I heard that a lot for ross and push too
