Well, thats more or less what is happenining now with first nations people in canada (im canadian). They have more rights and pay less taxes. They are controlling more and more of the natural resources here. I understand why its happening but it does make it difficult to conduct business if you arent first nations

Not complaining merely pointing out the similarities

I don’t listen to theological claims of indigenousness. Zionists converting Peruvians to Judaism to get them to settle in Israel. Zionists largely have polish, American, and German last names. They can’t deal with the sun. They are absolutely destroying the Palestinian ecosystem. They have far less connection to the land than Palestinians
I’ll believe it when they stop bulldozing multi-century old buildings to build their s***ty orange county tract housing. There are obviously Jewish people with valid claims of indigenousness but they are not the point.

What about archaeoligical claims? There is no debate around this btw. It is well documented.

Denying reality makes you look less credible

I don’t deny that Jewish people historically originated there. On a surface level, we are talking about multiple millennia of disconnection from a land. We are contending with conversion and ethnic intermixing

Indigenous-ness isn’t about “have your ancestors been there before.” It’s about your relationship to the land and whether you have an understanding of local conditions and culture as acquired through generations of inhabiting it.

That is something Euro-American Zionists sorely lack. They claim that the land is theirs to take care of because their holy book claims on some ISIS s***, then proceed to destroy the olive trees, the fishing grounds, the watermelons, and the wild ecology of Palestine. They destroy the earliest churches and mosques of Christianity. They upset a delicate social balance to put their supremacist claims in place. They disrespect their neighboring countries. They take the wealth of the land and import it to private equity in the west. This isn’t indigeneity

So jews are from israel but since they were forcefully expelled from the land, they no longer get to claim indigenous status?

Kind of a dangerous line of thinking

Logically, you kind of have to concede they have a claim to israel. How it should be split up/shared is another matter

Lmao ur acting like this was the Armenian genocide and there are people who are still alive having their rightful homes taken from them

This is six millennia of theological history. The people who lost their rightful homes in Israel aren’t the same people who are actively claiming the land belongs to them.

There are Palestinians who have directly traced the names of their lineage back a whole millennium. Nonjewish people and people whose ancestors that converted from Judaism have existed there at the same time, before, and after Hewish people. We are talking about the displacing of still-living people with intricate and deep ties to the land, culture, and society for the sake of a bunch of crackers claiming a theological right and citing ancestral connections to said land that they cannot express without the cruel disrespect they’ve displayed towards said land.

I’m not saying Jewish people don’t have a right to live in their homeland. I’m saying that the European phenomenon of Zionism is not partaking in any justified or moral or righteous effort in expressing the Jewish presence in Palestine. They are colonialist, apartheid-forming, undemocratic, and ethnosupremacist

He invited them over too write music, and then he put it out himself with crediting them or giving them royalties.

Kinda crazy because he is rich so why do that?
