so the idea isn't that everyone gets paid the same, its that everyone has a say.

not everyone will produce the same, so they wont get paid the same

but, there will be no production at all without workers, so the idea that the founders deserve more is not really a correct one. however, if the workers were to democratically decide that they deserve more, then sure.
