A lotta people addicted to that shyt

Shyt i am and a bunch of my friends/colleagues too, but for some reason it's not looked at the same way other addictions are

If you get off that shyt you can get pretty bad headaches as withdrawal, be very irritable or just tired all the time and zero productivity. Like if i quit coffee cold turkey rn i would prolly get fired bc i'd be so useless lol

Sure the withdrawals are not as bad as heroin or anything and it doesn't have the harmful physical effects of tar and shyt in cigs but it's lowkey not discussed as a bad thing at all even when it can be pretty f***ed tbh

Also they be putting that stuff in sodas lil kids be drinking

    Shyt is f***ed tbh

cos it doesnt have much bad side effects for the most part if you take it in moderation and most people consider it an enjoyable part of their day

here's how you can quit coffee tho if you can't: buy the cheapest smallest s***tiest hand grinder. you'll HATE grinding those beans for 10 minutes every day just to get one cup of coffee. at some point you just wont be bothered (or buy pre-ground like I did )

Wasn't really on some sicko mode with it, but I used to drink at least 3 cups during busy nights in college, then during the day, 4 cups.

because its an addiction thats good for you

Lmao idk if you're serious but in a sense it does help you stay productive, until you try to get off it

But s*** like nicotine helps with anxiety too, again until you get off it

Actually maybe not in terms of the addiction stuff because the coffee is always served in small cups and is a social/communal thing vs let me get as much as I can in me to be functional for employment

Feel like having that relationship with coffee could really help you have a chance at having a healthier relationship with caffeine
