    Its def not mid but I do feel like Ross peaked on a lot of his features rather than on any of his own albums

    It's a 5.5-6/10 album. Mid (to me)

  • The cover art/rollout identity IMO and album itself wasn’t as good or memorable as Teflon Don/GFID

    It was the first Rick Ross album in a while that didn’t feel like as big of a deal as the prior two but still some good songs on there

    Came out at a weird transitional year for rap as we get closer to Uzi/Carti era

    French Montana/Puff/Biggie Sampling song was a weird choice for a big single. Kind of an underwhelming Jeezy reunion. Just felt kinda weird / a background come and go Rick Ross album

    The initial trailer back in 2013 showed a totally different astethic and sound then what we finally got, it was like my most hyped album during that time as God Forgives I Don't was amazing to me and it showed us what a Ross album full of soulful beats could be like. I thought with the trailer that's what we were supposed to get but nevertheless it was a good album. Some of trap beats on there still sound fire a decade later nothing outdated.

  • for some reason I distinctly remember loads of awful leaks of this going around at the time lol, like so bad I think they intentionally leaked them to muddy the waters and make u get the official release.

    Album mid tho, kinda about the same as every Ross album post like TD
