No negativity here, 2020 has been too negative.
DaBaby one of my favorite rappers because he doesn’t take himself too seriously. When you look at him you think “oh this one of those tough ass niggas” but whole time he a cool ass dude til you piss him off. He make fun music and have bars too.
Mac Miller grew up with me and inspired me to become more creative and try different things, he also thought me to not hide my demons, use them as fuel for my artistry.
92' till infinity.
Kanye is my favorite because I love his albums he just gives me a special feeling I get with no one else. He so wild and creative and has energy and personality like no other rapper do. The range is amazing he got songs for all vibes but that nostalgia feeling hits me the hardest.
Kid Cudi is my second favorite because he's still honest he's really spitting his feelings I feel like. In his delivery/singing and his lyrics. He helped me a lot when I was depressed. There's something really naked and free spirited about his music. Even when I don't like it I like the intentions and emotion behind it.

We share two favorite artists. Goat contribution thank you.
Chris Brown took a troubled past, accepted it, and then turned that pain into a Grammy winning album. No one is more consistent and no one is nearly as talented.
I also resonate a lot with his lyrical content
Gambino my favorite artist because he tries his best at everything and seems really down to earth. Plus he piped jhene aiko

I think he was already with his girl by that time, so i doubt it. Still an underrated goat.
Wayne, loved the work ethic, the whole, " I'm gonna record 900 songs a year and put out 32 tapes in 3 months", that and the wordplay was bonkers.
Even if this thread doesn’t have a lot of pages, I want to thank you all for the positive vibes.

The Beatles are probably my favorite.
They evolved and revolutionized so much in such a little time. Paul McCartney is my favorite Beatle and he's a song writing machine. So many classic songs and moments man
Ka is a goddamn street philosopher, produces a vast majority of his music, has had consistently amazing albums for like 8 years straight, and is imo the greatest writer of the genre by far. Plus he’s like the most humble dude. And sells his albums out of a little shop on release days to meet fans. Legend

This except George is my favourite, his progression within was beautiful
travis is my more " modern GOAT"( although f*** the bundles and the merch), because I like the song set ups, the vocals, the beats, and there's no real chance that he's going to dive into anything serious. He's like the Captain Morgan of music, he's there to provide fun, not dive into personal/world issues. I can turn my brain off and not miss s***.
and yes, I'm a white guy from the Chicago suburbs.

Travis gets a lot of hate for stupid things but he’s still a young goat.
Lupe is my personal GOAT, because I really appreciate how he's able to intertwine lyricism and accessible music together. In addition, he's one of the most consistent rappers so far, where most of his projects are classics and if not, at least great, dude got classics scattered across his discography. I mean s***, he even got a classic song on his most f***ed album.
Besides the music. he's one of the most positive figures in hip-hop and is well informed with any topic he covers on IG live

I always leave his shows feeling like I just had a Top 3 night of my life
