No one and no thing on this planet comes close to Michael Jackson. We are talking about a guy who at one point was second only to Jesus in terms of being known globally.
Drake might get a few spotify streams but in the bigger picture he doesn’t have 10% of the reach Michael had at any point of his career.

Every songs are a hit in one way or another even if not released as a single or with video: they are all celebrated, covered, used in media, sampled etc, literally every single song from it, anyway you want it, it has been done

To put it in streaming terms, even if everyone who bought it listened to it once it would've pulled about 288M Streams (32M * 9 songs).
When you factor in those initial sales, the radio and video airplay, and the impact Thriller had every generation after the 80s, it's not crazy to believe Thriller has been played or heard well more than Drake's music has been.
