This film's release has really bad timing
A LOTTT of people are going to think Will starred in a slave film after the slap incident in order to win over Hollywood back in his favor. I've already seen a few people say that tbh
When in reality he filmed this way before the slap
With that being said...the film looks really well put together but I just can't watch slave shows and films anymore. There are so many other black stories we should be telling now .
Will needs a hit to solidify his legacy
10 years without a good movie :/
His 2000s run is legendary tho
Someone saying Will need to solidify his legacy is crazy
from a private friends screening
how long has Will been cool with Rocky
Rih his homegirl she's in the pic

What's sad about your 2nd sentence is that Will Smith was one of the champions of telling those other stories.
Underground Railroad is the last thing I’m watching when it comes to slave stories, no point in seeing anymore of it to me
F*** off with these slave movies
Another trash movie from Fuqua
I hate how garbage ass losers like him keep making movies while I’ve been waiting 9 years for a new Michael Mann film

Was King Richard good enough? Mama won an Oscar
a slave film starring will smith directed by antoine fuqua genuinely sounds like a recipe for the worst movie you will ever see.
Hope the movie is good, and breaks some Apple TV records, just for all the white tears. Idgaf bout it being a “slave movie” (never agreed with the rhetoric anyways), I’mma have this running over and over on release weekend
