I only use my credit card. Spend their money not yours (obviously pay the bill when it comes).
You can bet your ass if your credit card gets hacked the CC company is going to make sure they get their money back

Dec 29, 2020I also use Chime and they have good service whenever I've dealt with them (not at this level though).
It should be easy to trace things like this, so at least your money will be back by the end of it. Sucks that you have to wait a while though.
Have you recently either swiped your physical chime card in any location that is prone to swipers (maybe a gas station) or used your Chime account to purchase something online that you haven't before?

hot pancakesyeah op idk about chime, but other banks have some pretty good account security
for example, i tried logging into my bank account while connected to a vpn, and it kept saying i put in my password wrong even tho i knew i was inputting it correctly
realized i was connected to a vpn, disconnected from it, tried again and it worked but it required extra verification one time after that
was surprised at how that worked
Similar thing happened to me except I wasn't even on vpn, I was in mexico, Im from USA, and I couldn't get in my account, I blew it off tho bc I didn't really need to get in immediately. Then 15 minutes later those mfs called me askin if I'm in mexico. I say yes, then i can log in. it's annoying, but it also gives me a sense of security that my moneys safe
