first week on new team in the company . definitely need to find a new company ASAP. this team is much less autonomous and has to communicate over every little thing so I went from 2-3 meetings a day max to back to back meetings all day and my teams chat blowing up. They also meet for daily stand ups at 7am sharp I used to sleep in until 11 with my old team
