When I joined in Nov while I was waiting to be put on my project they paid for me to do Some Microsoft Certifications which are really great to have and pretty simple to pass

If you’re interested look into doing AZ-204 and MS-900 you can pretty much just revise practice tests from Udemy and pass them without really learning anything

Director tells me nobody but first manager should have access to the information on the spreadsheet

I go with what the Director says and then everyone gets mad at me because they don't have access to the spreadsheet

last week or so has been so slow workload wise and I hate it

We got a new manager, shes a nice person and all but she talks way too much Can’t catch a break and have some piece and quiet for 5 minutes

My employer playing WAY too much Promised a raise because of added responsibilities and a new job function, but today I receive the contract per mail which basically indicates no change to my wages whatsoever. Calling HR tomorrow and then the union, but today I'm sending out an application for one job elsewhere, sending out a follow up mail for a position I applied for last week and writing down the number of the HR person I've had interviews with for a job I applied for last year (hell, I ought to send her an email this evening too), where I was second choice because this job is available again. Enough f***ery. Long list of employees that have already jumped ship, I gotta be next on that list because this is not the first time they've been f***ing around Pray for me, I got two weeks to pull this off.
