Your taste in music is so offensively shallow it should come with a parental advisory label. The fact that you can listen to whatever half-hearted, algorithm-optimized, recycled melodies Drake half-mumbled into existence and think, yeah, this is better than The Weeknd’s cinematic, soul-crushing, genre-bending masterpiece makes me question everything about you.
Are you allergic to artistry? Does the idea of a cohesive, emotionally resonant album offend you? Hurry Up Tomorrow was a journey—an odyssey through heartbreak, excess, and self-destruction wrapped in flawless production. Meanwhile, Drake’s latest attempt at “music” sounds like he recorded it on his phone between mediocre Instagram captions.
The fact that you even made this comparison tells me you probably think microwaved gas station sushi is better than a five-course meal. You probably read the first page of a book and consider yourself an intellectual. You’re the type of person who claps when the plane lands. Enough of the empty ambient sound design, you niggas are not Brian Eno or Trent Reznor or Atticus Ross cut it out. Drab ass “r&b” that’s really a fisher price level take on ambient music with the most lifeless melody you’ve heard in your life edit: and the most sleepy trap drums you could imagine. S*** is boring and a chore to get through if you aren’t already a stan

Like, I put on 1 song from HUT, and I find myself listening to the entire rest of the album. It’s just that good, no lulls in the tracklist at all
