Although X didn't have time to develop his music, he still impacted the genre by pioneering Trap Metal and spawned tons of clones from that era. Also he had impacted the youth WAY more than any of his peers did.

Peep was far more influential to the genre than X ever was. X didn’t have publications like Pitchfork calling him the “future of emo rap”, Peep was in GBC which pretty much invented emo rap before he ever joined, etc. i can keep going btw. just cuz someone is less popular does not mean they were less influential/important to their genre.
