heard, I got Judgment awhile ago when it was on sale for $10 and haven’t played yet so I’ll get 0 and start ASAP

It’s worth copping.

If you’ve never played a Yakuza game it’s okay to start at 7, as it is a new story in the series and the starting point for the story going forward. The series as a whole will now have to be looked at in parts. 0-6 are about Kiryuu. 7 is about Ichiban. He’ll be the protagonist going forward. Presentation & Story quality is the normal Yakuza stuff so in that regard 7 is not different than the others. The main differences is Ichiban is now the protagonist and the battle system is Turn Based.

0-6 are more beat em up brawlers. If You want to get into Kiryuu’s stuff. Just start at 0. It’s the Prequel to 1 & is arguably the best game in the series. Same everything as 7 just different battle system and main character.

Consider giving Judgement a try also.

0, kiwami 1, and 7 are great places to start

I’ll cop 0, remastered collection and 7 and play them in that order I suppose. I already have Judgment too, just haven’t played it yet. Thanks for the explanation fam
