Holy s*** yakuza 0 is amazing just beat it this series should be big from the story to the soundtrack is great this is a must play 10/10 that last fight

I think 0 has more. The one at the start of Chapter 3 is top 3 cinematics in the franchise.

Can't wait for 7, the combat is getting quite stale. Kiwami 2 was a good improvement on 6 but it still feels worse than 0 and 5 combatwise. After playing Judgment it's quite hard to go back to the 6/K2 as well.

Half of Y4 is great but rubber bullets will always be f\*\*\*ing dumb and they're cowards for including Kiryu as playable.

It feels like a lot got replaced by these cutscenes with voice output but without talking animations. I remember the car ride at the beginning and nishiki didn't even have his hands on the wheel

Yeah there's a lot of those weird sketched dialog scenes at the beginning. The PS2 animations in a lot of Kiwami cutscenes were just too distracting for me though. Like they're still doing the exaggerated motions necessary when the game was low-poly but they look more like real people so it's f***ing weird. Kiwami 2 unfortunately has this but even worse.

6 would probably be higher but the I'm torn on the ending. There's like 3 fake-out endings and if it ended one or two cutscenes earlier it would probably be top 3.
