Before anyone bring up gym, I’m back in doing full body 3 times a week and jump rope and yoga on my off days. Just started so I’m still ugly
i got to 8% bf and i lived on sardines, protein powders, eggs, bacon, spinach, and oatmeal

Breakfast: 4 eggs, Sardines, oats
Lunch: Chicken, rice, spinach
Dinner: Usually vegetarian, lots of beans
*500cal protein shake and an ensure clear during my day
Does this sound good? Not necessarily trying to get big, just really cut and transition to combat sports for fun

they elevated the taste from trash to mid but idc about taste i eat for nutrients not taste i enjoy having a six pack, low resting heart rate, and clean bill of health over enjoying my meals

ima give it a go, do you remember if you did any easing into this type of diet or it came naturally or you just started it one day?

i was always like this there's food i love to eat but that's for when im with family or going out to dinner i don't need to enjoy every meals and i don't like spending much time preparing food
