    The nigga with the cat picture, trying to meal prep and is it rice, garden spinach, and poultry?

    Before anyone bring up gym, I’m back in doing full body 3 times a week and jump rope and yoga on my off days. Just started so I’m still ugly

    Can I get a rough draft of a day of eating?

    Breakfast: 4 eggs, Sardines, oats

    Lunch: Chicken, rice, spinach

    Dinner: Usually vegetarian, lots of beans

    *500cal protein shake and an ensure clear during my day

    Does this sound good? Not necessarily trying to get big, just really cut and transition to combat sports for fun

    post workout: whey protein, collagen protein, green powder

    snack would be few squares of 70% dark chocolate or medjool dates

    i did this for a few months and got to 8% bf i wasnt lifting heavy but incould do like 30 one handed push ups either side and was shredded

    they elevated the taste from trash to mid but idc about taste i eat for nutrients not taste i enjoy having a six pack, low resting heart rate, and clean bill of health over enjoying my meals

    I can’t fault that. Once you start viewing food as fuel, it makes everything 1000x easier. Were you always this way or was it something you had to train yourself to do?

    ima give it a go, do you remember if you did any easing into this type of diet or it came naturally or you just started it one day?

    i was always like this there's food i love to eat but that's for when im with family or going out to dinner i don't need to enjoy every meals and i don't like spending much time preparing food
