Stay with big red gum and I might just eat them for breakfast and a protein bar with coffee for lunch. Dinner will be like chicken, fish, or turkey with rice and veggies.

i just started eating them this week because it was the last thing in my pantry the taste was so strong to me as a kid it's been like 15 years since and now i love it

some days it’s sardines some days it’s four eggs sunnyside up some days it’s steak. if i had to split it up in ratios id say it’s 40/40/20. sardines are low mercury risk i think tho idk maybe im playing a dangerous game

depends how heavy you are what kind of training you do and what your goals are. ill be more detailed later but a regular day where im lifting weights and doing cardio
breakfast: coffee, water or tea
lunch: two cans of sardines with salt pepper and lemon
dinner: chicken breast and spinach
post workout: whey protein, collagen protein, green powder
snack would be few squares of 70% dark chocolate or medjool dates
i did this for a few months and got to 8% bf i wasnt lifting heavy but incould do like 30 one handed push ups either side and was shredded
