i kinda just went straight in. i'm between 132 and 140 pounds tho keep in mind im not short either so im super lean. what i posted is for a day where ill lift weights and then do cardio which is either stairmaster or walking on the treadmill at the steepest setting. if im training muay thai that day i'll add a small bowl of oatmeal mid afternoon 3 hours before training

hey man everyone's built different lightest i ever got to was 5'11 129 but that was too much. if you're 190 you might pass out eating how much i do. look up your BMR and count your calories for a week just to get an idea of how much you eat and how it makes you feel and adjust it every few weeks

depends how heavy you are what kind of training you do and what your goals are. ill be more detailed later but a regular day where im lifting weights and doing cardio
breakfast: coffee, water or tea
lunch: two cans of sardines with salt pepper and lemon
dinner: chicken breast and spinach
post workout: whey protein, collagen protein, green powder
snack would be few squares of 70% dark chocolate or medjool dates
i did this for a few months and got to 8% bf i wasnt lifting heavy but incould do like 30 one handed push ups either side and was shredded
See I was 130 in my younger 20s. Was up to 215 last march, but been around 170 since the beginning of this year. No training, honestly don’t know how tbh. But yeah I want to put on a little muscle but 155ish ripped wouldn’t be bad

Im 6'3 and my normal is between 220 & 240 depending what im trying to do and im suppose to be 200+ at this height
I know its technically a big difference in height but ive always been under the impression and from the doctors 5'11+ your body starts getting a lot of pounds per inch from that point onwards naturally for the human body
Due to it takes a lot more to maintain the body at the abnormal heights or sumn like that

im just a lifelong athlete and have a thin frame naturally. if i ate more i’d be bigger but when i overeat i don’t feel the best and i feel great now. dont have an issue with eating out or getting dessert or anything people just pack on weight differently
