Same aggressive Marketing as Poor Things was. Movie gonna be 6/10

Thread dead af smh. This was dope, I liked poor things and kindness but I liked this wayyy more. Beautiful cinematography. Simple plot. Mostly dialogue heavy as expected but I was engaged the entire time.

between this, Poor Things, & The Curse, Emma Stone has cemented herself as an all timer actress for me. her and Yorgos are like peanut butter and jelly. this was a bizarre experience from beginning to end, with one of my favorite Jesse Plemons performances to date, and a loud bombastic score that kept me alert during my late night screening. the ending was also hilarious and quite shocking with the last few shots. the truth is out there 👽

Oh? I really didn't know. I didn't watch the movie she did with Mark Ruffalo or catch any of the press she did for it and so I'm only just seeing her face during the press for this movie and that's why I brought it up. My bad.

This was fine. All the actors were fantastic in this. I liked the original more tho.

Thoroughly enjoyed this, first time experience with Yorgos' catalog so I was a bit scared that he was going to chicken out of the ending that I wanted him to go with.

Jesse and Emma were hooping to the core bruh, shout-out to the actor that portrayed Don also.

My only gripe with this that I think Yorgos pulled the trigger a little too early with the big climax.
