I think its anger mixed with disappointment and frustration - which is totally justified.

Someone made a post saying that Kanye had no pressure to deliver this album. He’s going through a divorce and people would’ve completely understood if he took time off to get his s*** together.

But HE chose to rollout a new (unfinished) album. Def Jam even posted that it would be released on 7/23. So you’re already getting people excited.

And then for the music to be a letdown (which is subjective) by it being unfinished and just not that good, coupled with it not even dropping…..fans definitley have a reason to feel some kind of way.

I agree fr but at the same time I dont see it as a bad evolution. He's still into music hes more producer than a rap artist. I like the direction hes going in tbh, he knows he dont got bars like he used to so hes ok with having less verses and letting the younger gen show out. He clearly still has a ear for music and thematics. I still get the sense that he can say so much without using advanced lyrics or even... words in general. I'd listen his music just for the production and the moods they create
