Like it's a 5 year sentence but not actually 5 years in the sense of time necessarily
idk i think the really specifics of this, to valentines point, may come down to georgia law and the court itself--different courts operate slightly differently, which only an experienced lawyer can opine on tbh

ValentineExactly. You pretty much just have to remove time from this scenario. His court records will still show he was sentenced to 5 years in prison
