this is pure garbage. if they want to reduce targeted dislikes then disable dislikes for bullshit like music videos and movie trailers where it's just an opinion button

there's too many videos for tutorials, recipes, reviews, etc where likes/dislikes can give you a fairly decent measurement on whether the video content is good
