like if all of his placements have references and this is such a common thing why are people pretending to ignore that in ghostwriting convos

unless its all just bullshit to diminish dr*kes talent which it is

Do you means us as fans/audience or the industry/media ?

Also unless someone can tie a ghost writer to a record I don't know why it's talked about at all since no none actually knows.

Berg/Hitmaka literally said that Drake sent the song done with an open for Ty Dolla $ign. Then Hitmaka his team and Ty wrote on it. Sent it back to Drake. Drake kept Ty's backing vocals took the verse off. Also I just listened to the Jaded DRAKE TY 02.06.18 leak and Drake wrote/sang that part first.

The snippet Hitmaka played out of context made me think otherwise. I appreciate you correcting me

It's a great way to sell records if the audience buys into it being your "Art, POV, Insight" plus later on the media other parts of the industry get to turn around and use it against you knowing most artists do it. Contracts, Blackmail, Optics, Persona... It's a business

I do believe that some artists write all there own stuff. I think its a way smaller list then anyone wants to admit. I think Drake has always Written or Co-Written.
