there are nights where my dreams run chronologically for what feels like hours
my team is in the playoffs right now & one night I basically watched half of a future game, including going to piss at half-time & had the whole city like vividly available to me
the most common ones I get are having full-blown conversations with my ex though, some set in the future some in the past
& I can remember it all the next day & importantly it all makes sensefrom what I understand its cos zinc drastically improves sleep quality which means you get to REM sleep more often & stay there longer
