60s last
Yup. From rap, to pop, to the last dying breath of rock in the mainstream, to reggaeton/latin pop...it was the last golden era of music
Yeah but 00s mastered it.
I love 90s, 00s are just too special
Yeah I think it’s just a preference but I love how raw the 90’s were.
No you just grew up then. Its possibly the worst decade of music. Altho i have to say 2020's has been abysmal so far
Disagree.
The R&B edge alone puts the 2000's above 2010's imho.
Weeknd and Frank carried 2010's R&B but it's not the same with all those "alternative" vibes to their sound and the fact that Frank is more of a songwriter than a vocalist and Abel went Pop very fast.
2010's was good though from 2012-2016. 2010 and 2011 has a lot of hit songs that aged like dogshit especially with all those electropop hits and 2017-2019 was when the Soundcloud/Trap sound overshadowed everything else and the newer gen rappers from the Freshman class failed to outshine the OG's. And we're still paying the price for it today.....
But I get why KTT loves the 2010's and 2016 in particular. Like you said, it depends on which decade you have the fondest memories of.
Overall, 1970's and 1990's music are the GOAT music eras.

Britney spears avi checks out
Idk, they were cooking in the 70’s
Only problem, wasn't any modern day rap
I think what the soul of the 70s is the rap of 90s-00s
Late 2000s
It really was the peak. Legendary artists hitting their prime. Budding superstars making their waves. Prime social media reinventing how we consume music and interact with artists. The soundscape just sounds so idk how to put it but just like an actual culmination of everything from the last 20 years
70’s for its quality and even if you wanna talk about rap, the 70s funk/soul era is more influential to the rap scene than anything else
