I see him being burned by Dany, ASOIAF characters with "Young" in their name never end up well
sadly truee. he’s going to be the reason dany goes mad. but i could hope

Eh I don't see Dany going mad in the books, I see Cersei pushing even more wild behaviour

idk i feel like tyrion might force her to do something crazy and the public will look at her as if she’s her father.

Yeah, I see this one but it will be more because Tyrion manipulated her than her touching madness. Also remember Tyrion knows of the wildfire under King's Landing and after what happened the boy who was refused by the village will most definitely be happy to see it burning

Book tyrion is nuts lol so different from the show

brienne and quentyn povs are pretty annoying, not sure if I would find them entertaining in a re-read
slowly but surely finished Feast for Crows. I liked it.
as I said above, one of my big complaints is that Brienne's journey led nowhere. I thought something would at least happen at the end, but it didn't. she ran into Stoneheart who is executing her. like wtf? I assume Brienne will survive but it ended as if she's really gonna die. that would make it a rather pointless quest she went on.
Cersei's story ending with her capture by the Faith Militant, and Jaime rejecting her plea for help, was a good ending for that arc. stupid stupid cersei.
Sam getting to Oldtown was a good end to his arc.
Arya didn't really have an arc per se but her training in Braavos was cool and didn't take up many chapters. it was lean and efficient.
Dorne, similarly, didn't take up a lot of chapters so I didn't have any problems with it even though the plot points weren't super interesting.
when I got to the final chapter (Oldtown) I was flipping back to the prologue trying to remember what happened and who was who. I still don't understand the prologue but it's provocative

I think the prologue is mostly about introducing marwyn the mage and the glass candles which is followed up on with the sam chapter.
What did you think of the ironborn pov chapters? Those were the high points of feast for me

loved em. I agree they were the best part of the book.
and yea the candle thing made sense, the part I didn't understand was who stole the master key to the city and how pate died in the prologue but then showed up in the final chapter?

As of now mine is Arya/Jaime (working theough ASoS). Their’s are a perfect blend of cerebral moments and action. Arya’s arc throughout the first two books is
