ALONEI hate it when people like this act is if they are the police or something. Imagine seeing that truck with two rednecks with shotguns in it “attempting citizen arrest”. There should be no room for “citizens” behaving like this. It reminds me of George Zimmerman, who acted as the “neighbourhood watch”, and killed Trayvon Martin. These people are racist and/or highly incompetent and should not even think that such an attempt to “combat crime” is justified. I don’t get why they don’t just call the cops, leave it to the professionals. Although there are a lot of rotten apples in that profession too... this justice system got a lot to change and it’s awful to notice such things through irreversible abuse and murder cases.
I’m pretty sure vigilantism is illegal as well right?

Troy Ave StanThey were question, their defense was that they were tryna do a “citizen arrest” (which if I remember correct legally you can do a citizen arrest but you not suppose to use any physical force) and apparently they connected to the DA somehow
What I don’t get is if you drunk driving or even regular driving and you run someone over by accident you can and will be charged for murder if I’m correct, so how tf can these 2 get off THAT easily
I mean I know exactly WHY they got off easily, but it’s literally f***ed up
Right, even if they could argue that it wasn’t first degree murder there is definitely some sort of crime here
There’s gotta be some sort of “reckless use of firearm” kinda law at least that this would undeniably fall under, how did they get away with nothing at all

I've stumbled on videos & docs detailing the grotesque, vile, and unhinged nature of people/ societies and cultures in third world countries and remote areas of the world, im pretty much desensitized to situations like these now.
