    i used to do like 8+ exercises but im saving all my energy for "the big 5" so i can perform better. i do 4 sets, 8 reps of these


    Squat


    Deadlift


    Rows


    Wide push up


    Overhead press

    8-15 reps. 4 sets
    1. squat = purple 8 x 4
    2. wide-leg deadlift = purple 8 x 4
    3. single arm row = yellow 8 x 4
    4. wide push-ups = yellow 5 x 4
    5. overhead press = blue 5 x 4
    6. single leg calf raise = 8 x 4

    lmao i had to scale back last session cuz i used a band i wasnt ready for yet and couldve hurt myself. its rated 80kg / 176 lbs. there is also one i havent ordered yet rated at 110 kg / 242 lbs.

    what bands did you get?

    lmao i had to scale back last session cuz i used a band i wasnt ready for yet and couldve hurt myself. its rated 80kg / 176 lbs. there is also one i havent ordered yet rated at 110 kg / 242 lbs.

    what bands did you get?

    I just got thee de ones from Amazon that are a pack of 15,30, and 50

    I probably will order heavier ones later but I like how these feel for now

    i started with those 3 too

    also dont sleep on the very thin ones rated at 7,5kg. i use them to warm up 10 mins before i start

    HIIT does a lot to add muscle if you doing the right things
