america's endgame
TBH Bozos DID say his ideal future economy was one that works in service for his and his constituents needs so basically neo-slavery
So this is the logical process
“America is individualistic”
the words "CUSTOMER OBSESSION" (SPONSORED BY AMAZON™) plastered on the walls of a high school classroom is sending me
wish @HoesWatching was still here for this thread
Amazon is a great job if u don’t mind standing around and doing mindless tasks. Great pay for the job and benefits are decent. You’ll owe taxes tho

there are definitely worse jobs to have and there are by far worse companies out there, but Amazon is still collectively a terrible company, and s*** like this is beyond insane, part of the course is literally teaching unions being bad and asks students to "come up with ways to encourage employee motivation (benefits, raises, and bonuses excluded)"
This isn’t a bad idea nor opportunity for some. It’s just Amazon. If more businesses did this, we’d be a stronger country.

Or peeing in bottles
They're offering an education course and an opportunity to offer a specialized career path to young people right out of graduation. I don't see the problem here.
imagine u come into work and a 16 yo tells you what to do
If we're keeping it real that means you made some critical missteps in life or that kid is a genius

oh the irony of even making that part of the curriculum.

if it was done as a more generalized recruiting program in a vacuum for people i don't really think it'd be as much of an issue (and many companies do this anyway - bootcamp recruiting), but trojan horsing essentially a recruiting program by pure virtue of capital & influence into schools desperate for money and pushing it as an actual curriculum because of an otherwise broken education system is pretty messed up
