RXHalfDeadCalibanBro ive been a teacher for 3 days and. . . s***.
All i do is bullshit with the kids. Only thing allowing me to do this is i teach all electives.
Haven't finished my classes for certifications. Haven't taken my tests. Barely know what im doing at all.

Just learned how to take attendance a day ago.

Nah doesn’t sound like he’s too dumb, just inexperienced. HR s*** you can learn on the job 1000%. Most of the people at my job worked like assistant positions before moving into an HR position and kind of just fell into the job
