I’m coming up on 36 hours out of 72. Felt hungry the first day but today I have laser sharp focus and a surprising amount of energy. It feels just like I popped an adderall. Also no feelings of hunger as of right now

doing it rn, only eat during 2pm to 10pm, always a pain first couple of days after breaking it but u get used to it. Woke up at 6am today, and its 130pm rn and ate nothing, dont feel hungry at all.
Works wonders. not the best if youre trying to gain strength and size tho
a 72-hour fast isn’t intermittent intermittent fasting is when you eat 6-8 hours of the day and fast the rest
i’ve done both tho and like both, prefer just exercising though. around the end of the 72-hour fast you kinda start tripping out, it’s kinda fun in a sort of masochistic way

I guess it’s an extended fast. Usually I do a 16 hour fast though
Also if you keep up on your electrolytes you shouldn’t suffer too much with extended fasts
If you’re trying to lose weight then intermittent fasting plus cardio will do wonders for your body. Worked for me

very good practice especially considering that digestion is one of the body’s most taxing activities that’s why we feel lethargic after eating a lot we should never eat to the point of being too full that way we gain the required nutrients while not forcing our digestive system furthermore fasting has a spiritual side to it because your body becomes more in tune wit the divine as you spend less energy digesting therefore the energy flows freely through your body that’s why we often feel a sense of heightened awareness and presence when you fast very cool stuff indeed

Yea for sure. I’m not sure why it isn’t more popular for people attempting weight loss. It’s crazy effective

The thing I’m most excited about is just giving my digestive system a break. The food industry has us thinking we MUST eat 3 times a day every day so our system is working nonstop all the time. Also regarding what you said about the spiritual effects, I’m finding this to be true as well
I did a 8-day fast : no water, no food AMA
You did drink snake juice right?

I felt so connected to God mane and so energetic but weak at the same time
as a kid I never understood the concept of ramadan however as my vibration and level of consciousness have been going up I find myself understanding it more and more not only that but the fact that all religions were absolutely right all along... they have always given us the keys 🔑 to live a fulfilling life however most have sadly misinterpreted them..
