I don't really believe in diets but intermittent fasting was the most structured my eating has been
I did it with some leniency for about a year, I would wake up at about 10am, go to the gym at 10:30am then have my first meal at 12pm, have "dinner" around 5:30/6pm cause I would be hungry early and then either have something small or nothing before 8pm, and I would be satisfied for the day

Most of the time its 8/16 or 9/15 but some days when im busy i can go like 20 hours without food and i dont even want any at that point
I've been doing it every Sat, Sun, and Mon for the past 4 months. I only eat between 12:30 and 8:30 PM. I've lost weight which was the goal. Also drinking more water now because of it

Not sure how much this counts but most days I don't eat till noon. If it's affecting my mood and I need to eat because I'm busy I'll just eat, but most the time it feels great and it helps me stay lean.

That’s not true. This only applies to unsustainable diets like keto. IF is a lifestyle change. Completely sustainable. You’re not changing the amount of food you eat, just when you eat it all.
I’ve been doing this everyday since 2019. I eat once a day.
Really I eat whatever I want as long it’s just that one time then just drink water the rest of the day. Every 16 hours I eat. Sometimes you gotta cheat when you go out with chicks but for the most I’m discipline with it.
I stay in shape and feel good energy when I do this. When I eat regular I feel sludgey and slow. This is def the way tho. And no eating after 7pm.
