    but nowadays I'm on a balanced diet which I think combined with exercise is way healthier than just starving yourself

    niggas be doing IF to lose weight then be surprised when they gain that s*** back in light speed.

    You gotta balance your s***s along with working out. Diet culture will have you literally fighting against your body for nourishment.

    I don't really believe in diets but intermittent fasting was the most structured my eating has been
    I did it with some leniency for about a year, I would wake up at about 10am, go to the gym at 10:30am then have my first meal at 12pm, have "dinner" around 5:30/6pm cause I would be hungry early and then either have something small or nothing before 8pm, and I would be satisfied for the day

    Yeah been doing it for over a year thats just my normal now

    Most of the time its 8/16 or 9/15 but some days when im busy i can go like 20 hours without food and i dont even want any at that point

    I've been doing it every Sat, Sun, and Mon for the past 4 months. I only eat between 12:30 and 8:30 PM. I've lost weight which was the goal. Also drinking more water now because of it

    Just count your calories, I used to be a big proponent of IF but fundamentally it's just calories-in/calories-out. I've lost 10 pounds and it's easier to track and plot out your weight loss.

    The way it's going I'll probably be a normal BMI in the next 2 months.

    If you’re trying to lose weight then intermittent fasting plus cardio will do wonders for your body. Worked for me

    Unless you're legit fat then IF will do something for you, IF lowkey gave me an eating disorder that I had to work out of because all I would do is just binge when the hunger built up at the end of the day and I would go over my calorie allotment for the day. So I didn't even lose weight.

    Just count your calories, it's mentally easier.

    Besides, you can just eat 1500 calories pop a multi-vitamin for your micros, then burn the rest off with like a 1 hour LISS workout, then eat at maintenance once you hit your weight goal.

    You'll lose the same weight you would fasting without suffering from hunger all-day and lose weight in a more calculative fashion.

    Not sure how much this counts but most days I don't eat till noon. If it's affecting my mood and I need to eat because I'm busy I'll just eat, but most the time it feels great and it helps me stay lean.
