That’s not true. This only applies to unsustainable diets like keto. IF is a lifestyle change. Completely sustainable. You’re not changing the amount of food you eat, just when you eat it all.
Besides, you can just eat 1500 calories pop a multi-vitamin for your micros, then burn the rest off with like a 1 hour LISS workout, then eat at maintenance once you hit your weight goal.
You'll lose the same weight you would fasting without suffering from hunger all-day and lose weight in a more calculative fashion.

I’ve been doing this everyday since 2019. I eat once a day.
Really I eat whatever I want as long it’s just that one time then just drink water the rest of the day. Every 16 hours I eat. Sometimes you gotta cheat when you go out with chicks but for the most I’m discipline with it.
I stay in shape and feel good energy when I do this. When I eat regular I feel sludgey and slow. This is def the way tho. And no eating after 7pm.

That’s because you binged, which is exactly what you’re not supposed to do. IF is quite effective if done properly. Also I find counting calories to be a hassle

Times your stomach feels like it’s closing on you literally but that only lasts for a few minutes. After that I’m glowin on these hoes.
I think we feel better because of a lot of today’s food is bad for us so not putting that toxic s*** in your systems or not as much makes you operate and feel much better and cleaner

I stopped fishing for sport because of that. I get the logic of it is supposed to be who cares because the point is to kill and eat the fish. Just don't like to see it squirm

As long as you don’t binge eat junk food and you break your fast with healthy, nutritious food you’ll be feeling great

I kind of prefer eating like in a 6-8 hour window because I already kind of do that lmao
yeah its pretty sick i don't adhere too it super strictly but its mostly my normal routine day to day, IF until 5PM go to lift then feast until I got to bed
