Okay so i feel like i have body dysmorphia which means you always think there is a flaw in appearance. Now it’s not always bad because it’s pushed me to go to the gym and improve myself as a person. But, there are some days when i look in the mirror and have no desire to leave my house. Ive been open about it with my family and everything and they’ve been understanding but was just curious if anyone else experienced this as well.

Used to feel it heavy but getting healthy and learning about self care has minimized it. Still feel it from time to time but it's kinda bipolar now, same feature that I be thinking looks ugly the next day I'll be thinking looks good.
I did bad for a minute in hs, I let myself get down to like 140lbs which is pretty insane if you knew my frame
A bunch of psychedelics fixed it... I can’t really recommend that lol

i’m the same way. mine are dumb like if my hair looks bad or if my face breaks out
