    You gotta lift to have them slim down.
    I find that whenever I鈥檓 able to bench my body weight their fine. Still sorta puffy but not to the point where you can see them through a shirt.

  • Yeah i still do but to a much lesser extent. Almost ended my life in HS cause of it. One of the worst mental conditions to have imo, the suicide rates for ppl who have it are scarily high

    Growing up a fat kid is Lowkey trauma. Pretty fit now I think but still feel fat sometimes still uncomfortable wearing t shirts

    I dealt with that badly a couple years ago, I was always obsessed with how I looked and would stare at myself in the mirror probably a total of an hour everyday like throughout the day
    That s*** sucked badly sorry you're going through that

    yep, people really dont realise how much effect bullying has on you, its the reason for my self-hatred, actually it isnt but a part of it

    when people tell you you look fine and its people you believe and care about their opinion it means much more

    i still struggle with it but when certain people in my life tell me im good looking etc it makes me feel beter

    Yeah I thought my hairline was receding and it drove me crazy for like 3 years but I think I was just taking too many hallucinogens and buggin myself out
    Till I saw a vhs tape from when I was younger and my s*** always been doomed

    yeah had it all my life but didnt know it was a real thing until recently

    can't leave my house in just a hoodie or t shirt, always have to wear a jacket - unless I'm at work, but i be uncomfortable the whole time

    i can wear shirts but literally only carhartt, not sure why. except i think it's just learned behavior for me because i used to be very heavy as a kid, i've since lost 50 pounds but the difference literally just doesn't show to me at all in mirrors. the only time i can see it is when i look back to back at pics then/now but i'm still hoodied up as soon as the temp gets below 75
