I did for all of my life, since my dad is a landlord and my mom is a real estate lawyer. It's crazy to think how I used to live, didn't have to work throughout school and they even paid for my car on my birthday, with the insurance and everything. We even had a f***ing maid in the house and they paid for all my college expenses, feels great finishing college without any debt under my name.
I regret not gaining work experience throughout college since I mostly partied my way through and didn't focus too much into my studies either, though I manage to pass my classes. Bought my car with my own money for the first time 2 years ago and it felt great having to work for what I want.
It's all good since I'm planning on quitting my current Walmart job in 2 years and moving on to real estate, with the money saved up (Some of that being from my allowance provided on yearly basis).
nah i wish i did
i plan on having my kids grow up in a well off family though. working hard for them even though i don’t have any yet
I wish
That’s what I’m going to do in 2 years after I quit my current job at Walmart. Then we’ll prosper and eat well

What’s your plan? Why 2 years, i’d be asking myself these questions if i were you. Make a plan for the whole journey or as far as you can instead of just deciding where you want to go

I wanna save up more money and learn about the fundamentals of real estate from my parents, then in 2 years I'll be fully prepared for it
Nope. It'll make the payoff that much sweeter when it's all said and done.

Sounds good, i’d start learning and stacking my bread at the same time. Can never be too prepared
