I did for all of my life, since my dad is a landlord and my mom is a real estate lawyer. It's crazy to think how I used to live, didn't have to work throughout school and they even paid for my car on my birthday, with the insurance and everything. We even had a f***ing maid in the house and they paid for all my college expenses, feels great finishing college without any debt under my name.

I regret not gaining work experience throughout college since I mostly partied my way through and didn't focus too much into my studies either, though I manage to pass my classes. Bought my car with my own money for the first time 2 years ago and it felt great having to work for what I want.

It's all good since I'm planning on quitting my current Walmart job in 2 years and moving on to real estate, with the money saved up (Some of that being from my allowance provided on yearly basis).

What’s your plan? Why 2 years, i’d be asking myself these questions if i were you. Make a plan for the whole journey or as far as you can instead of just deciding where you want to go

I wanna save up more money and learn about the fundamentals of real estate from my parents, then in 2 years I'll be fully prepared for it
