as long as you’re taught independence at a young age imo it doesn’t matter if the family was rich or poor. We were middle class but I get the impression my mom wanted us to think we were somewhat struggling to better prepare us. I’m greatful for that.
I’m so glad my mother been having me face my own fears since birth. I got a friend who’s mom literally applies for jobs for her while she’s out doing f***ing nothing that’s gonna have a long lasting affect on her but it’s not my place to say anything
no i didn't grow up wealthy.
one thing it taught me
well it didn't teach me anything
except i was never a prick or a yuppie
i had good s*** but i never had expensive s***
i never lifted my nose up at ppl that work for a living.
if i was raised wealthy
i shudder to consider how emotionally undeveloped i would be
i like that i grew up hardscrabble
oasis has better tunes than most bands

I didn’t see anyone answer you so I thought you might still be wondering what OP was asking
A lot of my aunts and uncles are rich, but none of my cousins have even worked a job yet and they are in college (one graduated). It's kinda cool being in their house(s) every now and then, but yeah then you realize that isn't the life you'd want.

Man this is so important for anyone who wants to get wealthy and raise a family.
It is good to have stability but not instill that entitlement onto them.
