    melatonin is good. a white noise machine is a portal to demonic realms tho don't bring that in ur house

    someone recommended melotone or white noise machine too

    I use melatonin almost every other night to get good sleep. Helps a lot but I don’t take it regularly because too much of it in my system all the time made me tired throughout the day but that’s just my own personal experience can’t say the same for you

    melatonin works well, but don't take too much or you'll wake up feeling too drowsy.

    you're probably thinking about s*** that bothers you try to turn off your brain

    this will seem stupid but what i am thinking about that bothers me that i cant sleep is that i am always thinking about not being able to sleep
    at night

    if you're having a pretty hard time falling asleep, start between a 1 to 2mg dosage.

    you do have to make sure you're in bed with the lights off and s*** actually trying to go to sleep. melatonin doesn't put you to sleep if you're up and about, but if you're peacefully laid in bed with your eyes shut it'll get you there for sure.

    is there different kinds of melotone? and yes i do that now before i go to sleep to the fact is when i am in bed with my eyes closed trying to sleep i cant it takes a while for it to happen?

    Like what someone else said about not being on your phone / computer an hour before. Also make sure your room is actually dark

    just try to not think about anything

    maybe also try exercising before so you will be tired and you'll fall asleep easily
