Don’t know if it has been mentioned but I bought some CBD oil recently and it’s helped me wonders with sleeping and anxiety. I can’t smoke because of my job and normally I don’t like smoking as it gives me anxiety but this seems to be a miracle in a bottle for me. baught some gaba oil at the health store it kinda works

that is what i do i put the volume on low and sleep with the tv

Cbd also helped me alot, but finding the right dosage takes time

Melatonin. Just don't rely on it too much because you might build a tolerance to it.
Working out during the day also helps.
