Crime would eventually go down if they invested funds into public education and other programs to uplift public welfare. They just don’t care

But will complain about the crime rate in inner cities

I can’t stand the f***ing crook politicians who’ve run this city into the ground. Baltimore has so much potential to be a great city but it seems like it sees none of the funding

Visited Baltimore once what a beautiful city even outside of the inner harbour and a great location sandwiched between DC and Philadelphia and not too far from NYC. Potential is more than there

I honestly place most of it on the parent particularly in this instance

They’re are the most responsible, but if they also grew up in a f***ed up system, it’s hard to pinpoint the blame

They make way more money off arresting citizens and filling up jails/prisons. That's really the biggest reason why these programs are not receiving full support and funding.

Parents probably grew up in the same s***ty system (people in poverty been in it for generations).

They probably barely passed school, barely can read, busy working a basic low paying job everyday to pay rent.

Just sad s*** passed down generation to generation and the government is fine with it
