ezio ones are fantastic fam, they look like a product of 00 early 10s but they are still fun to play and the writing was strong
Ezio trilogy , black flag. Origins were good. I think people were saying rouge was good too
I’ll just say odyssey and Valhalla are too damn bloated
Unity though did have the most unique combat gameplay out of all the creed games
Ezio trilogy classic
Black Flag classic
Unity overhated classic
Origins classic
Odyssey and Valhalla mid and bloated but not bad games
Brotherhood was lit, I still remember being amazed by just how much there was for me to do on that map when the intro ended and I could do whatever I wanted
AC 3 one of my biggest gaming letdowns ever, they fumbled super hard with that game
1 is literal trash, 2-syndicate are amazing, origins is rough change up for me, havent tried oddyssey yet, valhalla is a lot of fun to me but bloated af still working my way through it .
favorite is still 3 and syndicate. coop in unity is amazing to me and i wish they nurtured coop ass creed.
3 gets a lot of s*** for having a near 20 hour tutorial before becoming an assasin but damn it sets up quite the epic personal story for connor while being wrapped up in the american revolution. really unique and really did have everything that made ass creed great if you were willing to give in to its story path.
f*** the future story though. hard pass on anything future related. just keep me in historical playgrounds.
The setting
Still no game ever made that lets you explore ancient egypt to the extent Origins did. This is why people buy these games. History is cool
Ezio trilogy classic
Black Flag classic
Unity overhated classic
Origins classic
Odyssey and Valhalla mid and bloated but not bad games
none of them are classics lmfaoooo
AC1 is almost unplayable these days, an interesting idea at the time, but Jesus is it bad.
AC2 - Revelations are actually really good games, Brotherhood I’d say being the best. Ezio is the goat.
AC3 I’d admit I wasn’t a huge fan of when it dropped, but replaying that game around 2019 made me appreciate how interesting of a character Connor really was. It’s a really deep story that puts the Assassins and Templars in very grey areas and tells both sides really well. The most underrated game out of the Desmond story.
Liberation f***ing sucks.
Black Flag is a phenomenal pirate game, but the connection to the overall plot of AC as a whole…is a lil of a mixed bag. Never should’ve been an AC game.
Unity…kinda sucks man. Arno isn’t a bad protagonist, but he’s more like a discount Ezio with none of the charm. The game itself has this facade of challenge throughout, and feels like the game holds your hand throughout the missions way more than the previous games. It’s got really great stuff like the fight with Bellec, but overall it was a miss for me.
Never finished Syndicate, but from what I remember it was…ok? Like Evie was kinda cool, but I couldn’t stand Jacob. The location was kind of whatever and the mission layouts just became dull. Grappling hook kinda cool tho.
After Syndicate I dropped off the series, had been meaning to play Origins for forever because I bought it and never touched it . Heard Odyssey/ Valhalla are almost overwhelming with the amount of content they have, but also on the flip side, I’ve heard most of the content is boring/whatever.
idk from what I played of AC, it’s a decent series with some dips here and there. So mid i guess lol
Everytime I try to play Ezio Collection specifically AC2 to see what’s so great about it, I get sleepy
imo, this is known. l
ike ppl usually say up to black flag, but even then, AC and most main Ubi titles, have pretty ass mechanics/design, but especially once they really blew up
it's just the casuals or ubi fans that think the games are great games
I've played like maybe two Ubisoft games this past decade that I considered good. Everything else was mediocre and the same f***ing s***.
The company as a whole is just straight trash.
it was all good until they killed the Desmond story
I believe that's what kept me interested in the game
