I mean I think you are dumb as s*** no matter your race for supporting republicans lol

My friend is Latino and explained it pretty good. Democrats make all these promises that they rarely see through with. Republicans are openly racist, xenophobic, etc and never act like they care about us from the start. It's preferable to know where you stand with someone up front instead of them pretending to be our friends. I don't support Trump but I understand the logic behind it, it's not being dumb or because of ignorance

True answer to op right here. Most people are choosing a president based on their pockets at the time of voting. Whether or not it was Bidens fault that people feel poor, his votes will suffer for it

Then the Dems are too out of touch with the working class to admit things aren’t going well with the economy by touting GDP and the DOW going up and saying the economy is thriving

The whole “no wars under Trump” thing is a meme as well

Trump was just in office when the ruling class was shifting away from the ME and back towards Russia and China

He sold missles to Zelensky Ukraine in 2019, moved the American embassy in Israel to Jerusalem and engaged in trade wars to antagonize China, engaged in imperialist wars in Syria, Afghanistan and provoked Iran

He couldn’t and wouldn’t have prevented another conflict

i think a lot of people are warming up to trump, compared to biden he just seems more put together.

im not a trump fan, and i voted biden, but man after this abysmal term im probably just saying f*** it all and voting third party this time around.

i think the people who dont think they have that option are just saying f*** it vote for trump

Because the federal government is slow moving as s***, giving only 4 years to a Democratic president without a solid majority in both chambers leads to no progress, true progress can't come without legislation in the current system. The Obama supermajority was major f*** up for trust in actually passing legislation.

We see in states like Michigan and Minnesota what full control in states that aren't deep blue can do.

There can never be a shift to the left when anytime the Democrats (the center-right) has power, we lurch hard right again.

The current state of our country...

"Seventy percent of respondents - including about half of Democrats - agreed with a statement that Biden should not seek re-election. Fifty-six percent of people responding to the poll said Trump should not run, including about a third of Republicans."

Maybe you don't like they way he said it but if you look past it and at the message he's not wrong unfortunately. You got to be honest the two mainstream options are horrible

Most people won't give a 3rd party candidate a chance because of ignorance (many reasons for this) but personally I'm open to it. I'm certainly not voting for either walking corpse they want us to vote for

Legit no one cares who you voting for

I don’t really be in situations where I’m talking with upper class people in NYC but I’d be hard pressed to find someone that’s working class that’s said they’re going to be voting for Biden, the attitude I’ve seen has been very pro Trump

People woke up and realized despite the awful pretentious pandering to orthodox Christian values, Republicans actually do have some interest in preserving the authority and absolute dominance od America which is beneficial to us as citizens even if it means ignoring the plights of others

    Choking

it’s odd when people talk about how much better it was under trump when yall had the george floyd protests, it seems like it’s been completely memory holed by all of america

Biden had to deal with the brunt of covid while Trump only had the first year (which he failed miserably at)

the democrats had to deliver the ruling class consensus on austerity cuts post Covid and putting everyone back to work for the “economy” while inflation rose

Trump realistically wouldn’t have been able to stop it and would have probably pursued the same policy Biden did which was to get the Fed to raise interest rates

It’s amazing people just reset their brains, the economy is still going to be s*** when Trump gets in. He’s just going to blame it more on migrants and wokeness and probably start another war to distract
