The original intent wasn't to get dreads off the sponge, just wanted to make it curly but it didn't work for me. I've seen people with hair my length and longer use the sponge and it worked for them though which I find weird. I'll post pics in a bit

Never bought from Amazon but I'm in Africa. Shipping here and exchange rate would probably f*** me over I'll just buy the bar of soap, put a little in some warm water by lathering it between my hands and wash my hair using that.

tf do I do with this? This is what it looked like after I washed it, combed it, then let it air dry a bit. It eventually shrank as it always does so it doesn't always look this weird. Might get a fade + lineup tomorrow but I'm kinda tired of maintaining this. I look weird af with short hair so cutting it low is not an option 😂

Bro I got these locs in the front that I've been trynna get locked up (got all my locs doubled up to make em thicker) but 2 weeks after each retwist, my dreads lowkey start feelin a bit dry.

Ofc I'd usually wash em when it got to that point but as a result, some of the locs wouldn't be locked up and would split because I guess I didn't give em enough time to lock before getting em wet.

Should I tough thru this dry feeling until i feel my dreads are properly locked up? Or wash em? They don't smell or anything, they jus feel a bit dry.

for sure bro i use mane & tail herbal gro, it’s a thick product kinda wave cream consistency. i use like a dollop i unno how else to say it lol, then rub and palm twist on dampish hair

s*** smell heavenly + i use a coconut leave in moisturizer before hand. they're all at walmart honestly try diff products to see what works best for your hair
