how much yall loctians charge for starter locs and how the f*** you supposed to mositurize these b****es

When I started it was about 60 or 70. And I pretty much just used oil.

used oil like how, i use virgin black Jamaican castor oil for scalp(used the tip drip oil on head then rub it in) and i swear i've had dandruff or dry scalp or whatever the f*** more than ive ever had before and im deadass lost in the sauce on do i use more oil or less

Just do it once a week that should be all you need at this stage. Also invest in some tea tree and vitamin e oil.

Yeah I condition and rarely shampoo but don’t have a set routine

Also don’t know what cut to get I used have a the curly top with the drop fade, then the white boys gentrified it, then I rock a short cut with the curls layed flat, a buzzcut now idk what to do

can’t go wrong with a drop fade but if you wanna switch it up try a high taper maybe

Recently cut my hair so I been rockin the mini fro for a bit, 4c takes so long t show growth I swear stuck between freeforming or neater locks.

How do you start yours? I used to just twist a lil bit & let it go from there

I just let it do it's thing, don't touch it at all besides maintenance (wash/oil/satin scarf wrap at night)

Was gonna chop it all off and grow out a more full head of locs with a taper instead of hightop but quarantine got me saying f*** it. Might just twist the growth I've got on the sides and see how that looks before I get a taper
