I’ve always been indifferent to the idea of “self-help” books, but I feel like I need to actively do something to help myself

Could anybody recommend me any books about how to deal with anxiety, depression, loneliness, stress, etc.

    sorry fam I completely forgot.

Book mantra is basically "don't worry." There are a lot of messages and advices that, if applied daily, improved my way of looking at relationships, life and wealth. It makes me not invulnerable to mistakes but it gives definitely some strategies to grow up and being less misantrophe since we are all on the same boat.
There are many values that were missing in my everyday life and if an emperor with half (if not more) the world under his thumb could follow them everyone can.

How to Stop Worrying and Start Living by Dale Carnegie should definitely help and might change your whole perspective on life

Not yet unfortunately, started a new job recently so I’ve not had a chance to read anything for a while actually

Really wanna break out of my slump so I think I’m gonna go for something lighter first just to get back into the habit of reading
