idk bout y'alls thoughts on recipe books but I just picked up Brad Leone's new book. Very inspiring guy Imo. The book is very detailed and I'm excited to delve into making my own hot sauce and such from scratch.
Bruh this first part of 2066 is snoozeville god f***ing damn
Almost finished with Burmese Days by George Orwell. Good, quickish read that I'd recommend to anyone really. Starts off slow, but once you get into the thick of the plot it's captivating.
Anybody read this? I know it’s kind of popular. Caught my attention because I’ve heard it’s basically tragedy p*** and people get depressed after reading it. The same things have been said about the movie “Dancer In The Dark” but that’s one of my favorite movies ever. I’m about 1/4 through it and the writing is really vivid and nice but nothing that’s touched me super emotionally yet. Maybe that’s more at the end.
what’s the best letterboxd type site/app but for books? gonna start reading more this year and tracking them will prolly make me want to read more

goodreads, you can track also manga/comics volumes with it
what i dislike is that you can rate books only with stars and there is no night mode
Just made a GoodReads account, challenging myself to read more books this year

What we talk about when we talk about love. I’m about halfway through it now. I have loved every single story I’ve read in it so far
I love books from the 1800s that just throw in French sentences because it was universally known among the audience
On devrait recommencer
